Im new. a small system of only 3 alters, likely to grow soon according to Wilbur.
How do you keep track of your alters, & come to terms that they exist?

Its easy to go on google docs and write the alter name's, gender, age, and stuff. not sure if this is what you meant
I use a spreadsheet, and pluralkit. You don't have to keep track of people if it's too stressful though, it's not necessary.
