I don't believe there is any. studies lack in general when it comes to systems/DID/OSDD, but the little there is suggest that it's always caused by trauma in early childhood
(in here i often use "you" to refer to an abstract person, not you the OP.)
I truthfully don't believe they are real, comrade. So I am not able to help you answer this. I do think that when someone is saying they are endogenic, it's sometimes a result of suppressed trauma. The whole point of dissociative disorders like DID is blocking out the memories of childhood trauma, so a system might say they are endogenic because they have not yet opened the can of worms that is their childhood yet.
Absolute sureness that there was no trauma in your childhood but still believing you are a system is very very very unlikely. The belief that you have DID/OSDD could stem from other underlying mental issues. Perhaps feeling like you have different personalities due to drastic changes in mood might actually be a symptom of BPD. Perhaps you have hypochondria, and have convinced yourself that you have this illness. Perhaps you are desperate to figure out things identity-wise and you find labels comforting.
There's not any definitive proof for endogenic systems (unless you are referring to spiritual endogenic systems, which I do not know much about and therefore cannot comment on it) being real. But it's difficult to tell if a person is/people are faking their system. What you should do, if you are encountering people who claim to be endogenic systems, is to empathize with their situation. They are likely feeling confused and upset. If they are not, it's a good chance they ARE faking, but don't accuse them of that.
I apologize if this offended any people who believe they are endogenic systems. This is just my own personal beliefs. Feel free to yell at me.

So marx if you think the whole purpose of a system is to forget trauma then do you think osdd-1b systems dont exist either?

My opinion on the matter of endogenic systems is that they're formed from trauma just as much as traumagenic systems are, but because of the false narrative that trauma = abuse, endogenic systems don't call themselves traumagenic because they think their experiences don't count as trauma.
For example, let's take the lonegenic origin label, which means that your system formed from isolation or loneliness. In and of itself, loneliness isn't traumatic, but when coupled with distant parents, a lack of friends, and stress from school, it could easily become traumatic. Having someone to turn to is an essential part of growing up, and being completely alone can very easily screw you up.
Honestly, endogenic is just a label. If someone wants to use it, then what does it matter? We all know that systems formed from trauma - if they want to call themself whateverthefuckgenic instead of traumagenic, then that's their decision, and doesn't mean that they don't have trauma.
