I& feel like that would be completely normal. But we’re speaking from a monoconscious perspective, so “I” as the ‘original’ always am able to answer people IRL. We’re only out to one person in real life, the rest is kept on Roblox, Discord and Minecraft.

I can't speak from my own experience, but I've heard about something like this and that's completely normal. It's called "the coctail party effect" and can work for every headmate, not only the host. The person who talked about it described it as similiar to you being at the coctail party, where are plenty of conversations going on. You don't pay attention to what everybody is saying, but when somebody will say your name, you will instantly hear it and your attention will be drawn to this conversation.

I don't know, if you can learn to ignore that, but you can try to. Of course the first other option that comes to mind is come out to few people that you trust, if you haven't already. You won't be dragged to the front, when you all will spent time around them, and your headmates will feel more comfortable. That's maybe not much, but better than nothing. If somebody knows and still uses your name every time, tell them to ask who is out front every time they see you, so they won't make you front accidentaly.

Or maybe your system can choose something like collective name and ask people around you to use it instead of your's. It's safer option I think. It should be easier for people to accept, that you "don't like your name anymore", than that you're a part of the system. Not sure though, people are awful sometimes.
