We've got a friend (also a system) who just told us that 14/18 of their alters hibernated. None of us know much about alter hibernation, so would anyone mind explaining it a bit?
My best guess would be that they're using it as a synonym for dormancy, since the words have similar meanings. Are they a native English speaker?
