Aetherbased is a -based term that corresponds to Aethergenic, and refers to plurals whose functions and/or architecture cannot be explained psychologically, or a spiritual-based system. This term is nonspecific and can refer to metaphysical, religious, agnostic, and other related worldviews.[1][2]
While the original coining post appears to be deleted, Pluralpedia attributes coining to The Legendarium - Moonlight Symphony/Atlantis Starryvault.[2] A coining date was not provided, however the oldest point we were able to find of this term being mentioned is the creation of the Pluralpedia page on October 15th, 2021.[2] Multiple flags have since been created, however the featured flag is by Tumblr user m-grouped. posted on March 6th, 2022. [1] An additional flag was created by Tumblr user mogaiboards on January 19th, 2022.[3]
